FOODSERVICE & WHOLESALE ENQUIRIES

A useful brief for your next olive oil quote.

Give the supplier enough detail to compare the right product, pack and delivered cost.

Olive oil, green olives and an unlabeled glass cruet

Specify the job in the kitchen.

Explain whether the oil is for general preparation, dressings, finishing, table service or retail resale. Include any specification that determines whether a product is acceptable. Do not substitute a broad marketing description for an agreed product specification.

State the pack and volume.

Share your preferred container size, units per case, estimated order quantity and likely reorder pattern. If these are undecided, provide current usage and storage constraints so the options can be discussed.

Ask for comparable documentation.

Confirm the actual product name, grade, origin information, dates and any supporting documentation required by your kitchen or purchasing process. A claim on this website cannot certify a product that has not been specified.

Compare landed cost.

Use the same quantity basis and currency. Include case quantity, shipping, minimum order, applicable charges and delivery terms. A quoted cost per liter helps compare offers but does not establish freshness or suitability.

Confirm before committing.

Availability, minimums, samples, dispatch timing, delivery area and recurring arrangements are subject to confirmation. There is no automatic wholesale account approval or payment collection through the enquiry form.
